Method – For the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix chili powder, mayo, and sour cream. Set aside. For the tacos: Brush shrimp with butter and garlic. Grill or pan fry over medium heat until shrimp is tender and pink throughout. Warm tortillas in a microwave or over the stove 2-3 minutes. Serve shrimp over tortillas with a teaspoon of the sauce. Finally garnish with jalapeno peppers, cabbage, cheese and fresh lime juice.
