Method – Heat oil in a wok (a pan will do it you don’t have a wok). Sautee garlic in the oil. After 1 min, add bell peppers, celery and water chestnuts. Cook for 4 mins. Add the squid along with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 4 mins then add the cornstarch water in to thicken the sauce. Serve with rice.
